One-on-One Personal Training

During these sessions, you will be working with a skilled trainer at the Rise & Thrive training studio in Exeter, NH. All workouts are created with the whole person in mind, to make the workout personalized to your occupation, previous injuries, hobbies, current fitness level, and goals.

Small Group Classes

We are currently updating our class list and adding more classes. Is there a class you love? Email us and we will see if we can add it to the lineup! We currently offer a Low Impact Strength and Balance Class, High Impact HIIT class, Small Group Circuit Training, and a Stretch and Strength class.

Personalized Self-paced Workout Programming

Using fitness assessment results and your goals, we create a tailored workout program you can implement at your own pace at home or in another fitness facility. After we build the program, we'll meet with you to go over the workout and ensure you’re comfortable performing all the exercises. This is perfect to pair with a monthly membership!

Fitness Assessments & Retesting

During the fitness assessment, we test lean and fat percentages, body age, visceral fat, take circumference measurements, test cardiovascular health, strength, and more. As part of the assessment, we also go over goal setting and planning. If you’re looking for a baseline for your current health and fitness, let’s get you assessed!
